The co-parenting seminar is typically ordered by the court in contested custody/access cases. The seminar is six-hours in length as is designed to help parents work together as a team. Conflict can hinder your ability to effectively communicate; and in turn negatively impact decisions that are meant to be in the best interest of the child(ren).
What You Can Expect
By attending this seminar you will learn the process of and be prepared for mediation. The focus is to learn strategies for healthy communication and conflict resolution. Learning a new skill set [even if it is a refresher] can only benefit you and your children as you work toward developing an age appropriate parenting plan with your co-parent.
